Sinéad Dunphy Festival Director
Sinéad Dunphy is a cultural consultant, festival director and senior arts adviser with over twenty years' experience across multidisciplinary arts programming, strategic cultural development, governance and public funding assessment. She currently serves as Festival Director of Imagine Arts Festival under a five-year strategic agreement (2023–2028), overseeing artistic vision, structured open-call assessment, multidisciplinary programming and governance reporting to the Board.
Sinéad is Managing Director of Eventi Management, a cultural consultancy she founded in 2019 providing strategic planning, governance advisory, funding assessment and multidisciplinary consultancy services nationally. She also serves as a Multi-Disciplinary Arts Advisor and Assessor for the Arts Council of Ireland, having completed over 350 formal funding assessments evaluating artistic quality, feasibility, audience engagement and governance across a wide range of publicly funded arts programmes.
Her earlier career includes serving as Festival Director of Guinness Cork Jazz Festival (2018–2019), where she led a rejuvenation of the festival to international acclaim, recognised with the Cork Business Association's Overall Business of the Year Award. Prior to this, she spent six years as Festival Manager of Cork International Choral Festival, during which the festival doubled in size and significantly grew its international profile, and held a senior management role in marketing and business development at Cork Opera House.
Sinéad holds a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Studies from University College Cork, along with further professional qualifications in arts management and audience development. Her contribution to the arts and cultural sector has been recognised through several awards, including Business Woman of the Year (Arts) from Network Cork.

Paul Dower - Chairperson
Paul Dower is the founder of Waterford In Your Pocket, the city and county's best-known online platform for local news, events and photography, which he launched in 2013 and has grown into an essential resource for anyone wanting to know what's on in Waterford. A proud Waterford native with a genuine passion for the region, Paul holds a BA (Hons) in International Business and an MSc in Digital Marketing Practice, both from SETU (formerly WIT). He brings that same energy for showcasing Waterford's culture and community to his role as Chairperson of Imagine Arts Festival, alongside a track record of board experience with local organisations including a Waterford Credit Union.

Maolíosa Ní Chléirigh - Secretary
Maolíosa Ní Chléirigh is a former secondary school teacher, Chairperson of the Waterford Autism Friendly Town Committee, and a local political activist, alongside her involvement with a number of other community groups and initiatives. She has a great grá for the Arts agus don Ghaeilge, and brings this community-driven, inclusion-focused approach to her role as Secretary of Imagine Arts Festival.

Ann Marie Lally
Following a career at senior level in both domestic and international hospitality organisations, Anne Marie joined the Department of Languages, Tourism & Hospitality in 2001 and has contributed energetically and effectively to teaching, research and sectoral engagement ever since. She holds a BA (Hons) in Hotel & Catering Management from GMIT, a Master's in Business (Management Consulting) from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, UCD, and a Postgraduate Diploma in the Management of Tourism & Hospitality Education from NUI Maynooth.

Fiachra Ó Céilleachair
Fiachra Ó Céilleachair is the Media Relations/Communications Manager for HSE/South East Community Healthcare. A native of An Rinn (Ring) but living in Waterford for over 20 years. Served 17 years as Board member of the Údarás na Gaeltachta state agency and 12 as an elected member of Dungarvan Town and Waterford County Councils. More recently, spent six years as a Trustee of the Solas Cancer Support Centre. A supporter of the arts in Waterford.

Ollie Breslin
Ollie Breslin recently retired from Waterford Youth Arts after many years at the organisation, having played a significant part in shaping Waterford's wider arts ecosystem over that time. A founding member of Imagine Arts Festival, Ollie has volunteered with the festival since its inception and remains an active and valued presence on the committee. He also volunteers with Waterford Film Centre.

Libby Marchant
Libby Marchant is a journalist with the Waterford News & Star, where she covers news, courts and local affairs across the city and county. She holds a degree in English Literature and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin. Libby brings her journalistic background and strong understanding of Waterford's civic and media landscape to her role as a committee member of Imagine Arts Festival.

Dr. Anthony O' Dwyer
Dr Anthony O'Dwyer is a lecturer at South East Technological University and holds a PhD in Copyright Law from University College Cork. Alongside his academic work, he practises as a copyright lawyer and consultant, and is a musician with Anolog Records. He brings this combination of legal expertise, academic research and musical practice to his role on the Imagine Arts Festival committee.

Suzan McCreadie
Suzan McCreadie is a Dutch graphic designer who, after studying in Groningen, relocated to Cape Town, South Africa, with little more than a backpack. Following 22 years there, she and her family moved to Ireland. In September 2022, she established Conscious Crafting, holding its first workshops at Waterford Primary Care Clinic — a starting point that opened doors to further partnerships across Waterford and the surrounding counties. A number of passionate creative facilitators have since taken on delivery of the workshops, freeing Suzan to focus on developing new creative programming and online material.

Usomine Oshiogwemoh
Usomine Oshiogwemoh is a prominent community worker and programme coordinator in Waterford, with strong links to the local library network, women's initiatives and integration services. She regularly coordinates local educational and training programmes, including the Local Training Initiative (LTI) Global Pathways to Employment. Usomine brings this deep community engagement and integration expertise to her role on the Imagine Arts Festival committee.

Cllr Jason Murphy
Cllr Jason Murphy is a member of Waterford City and County Council representing Waterford Ward South, and served as Mayor of Waterford in 2024/25. During his term he championed the North Quays regeneration and represented the city at civic and international level, and continues to work closely with local communities on housing, infrastructure and public services. A committed advocate for Waterford's cultural and civic life, Cllr Murphy brings this local knowledge and public representation experience to his involvement with Imagine Arts Festival.
